Nos complace informarles sobre el proyecto interdisciplinar que los alumnos de 1º de ESO están desarrollando entre las materias de Matemáticas y Educación Plástica.
El objetivo es descubrir la conexión invisible entre el cálculo y el arte a través de la Sucesión de Fibonacci y la Proporción Áurea.
Tras estudiar en Matemáticas cómo la naturaleza se organiza mediante esta secuencia numérica, los alumnos han aplicado la teoría de forma práctica en Plástica, diseñando composiciones artísticas basadas en la Espiral Áurea.
Con este proyecto, no solo han aprendido a utilizar herramientas de medición geométrica, sino que han desarrollado una mirada crítica para identificar la armonía matemática presente en el mundo que nos rodea.
Interdisciplinary project combining Mathematics and Art
We are pleased to inform you about the interdisciplinary project that Year 7 pupils are undertaking across the subjects of Mathematics and Art.
The aim is to discover the hidden connection between mathematics and art through the Fibonacci sequence and the Golden Ratio.
After studying in Maths how nature organises itself using this numerical sequence, the pupils have applied the theory in a practical way in Art, designing artistic compositions based on the Golden Spiral.
Through this project, they have not only learnt to use geometric measurement tools, but have also developed a critical eye to identify the mathematical harmony present in the world around us.
