Make Your Mark And Shine Bright! This year’s Dot Day theme is in honor of the incredible solar eclipse so many of us witnessed this summer in Spain. Here at Montessori International School, we’ve spent the first week in Art Class reading The Dot, by Peter H. Reynolds, discussing what it means to be an artist, and making our first art projects. It is such a fun and creative way to start the school year, and we love seeing all the dots our students wear to celebrate the day. Happy Dot Day, and here’s to a great, new school year!

¡Deja tu huella y brilla con fuerza! El tema del «Dot Day» (Día del Punto) de este año rinde homenaje al increíble eclipse solar que tantos de nosotros presenciamos este verano en España. Aquí, en Montessori International School, hemos dedicado la primera semana de clase de arte a leer *The Dot* (El punto), de Peter H. Reynolds, a reflexionar sobre lo que significa ser artista y a realizar nuestros primeros proyectos artísticos. Es una forma muy divertida y creativa de comenzar el año escolar, y nos encanta ver todos los puntos que llevan nuestros alumnos para celebrar este día. ¡Feliz Día del Punto y que tengamos un fantástico nuevo año escolar!
