Para poder trabajar el refranero español de una manera más lúdica, creativa y reflexiva, hemos creado refranes ilustrados.
Concretamente, los alumnos de quinto debían preguntar a sus familiares (al ser un contenido pasado de generación en generación) o investigar en Internet dos refranes y pensar cómo ilustrar su significado para posteriormente jugar a adivinar los significados por parejas y ampliar nuestro conocimiento del refranero español.
Además al memorizarlos a través de dibujos hemos favorecido la retención de contenidos de una manera más visual, útil para abordar diferentes estilos de aprendizaje.
An Illustrated Collection of Spanish Proverbs
To explore Spanish proverbs in a more playful, creative and reflective way, we have created illustrated proverbs.
Specifically, Year 5 pupils were asked to ask their family members (as this knowledge is passed down from generation to generation) or search online for two proverbs, and to think about how to illustrate their meaning. They then played a guessing game in pairs to work out the meanings, thereby expanding our knowledge of Spanish proverbs.
Furthermore, by memorising them through drawings, we have encouraged the retention of content in a more visual way, which is useful for catering to different learning styles.
