CHRISTMAS MURAL

This Christmas mural was an entirely collaborative effort among the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade classes at Montessori International School. The students of sixth grade each created a piece of the sky, interpreting their vision of a wintery day through watercolor, as well as cutting out letters to create the banner. Then, the students of fifth grade built a Christmas village out of colorful construction paper, and the students of fourth grade reflected on all the various activities they might do on a snowy day to bring the village to life with people (and animals), skiing, sledding, ice-skating, building snow-people, making snow angels, and more. What a wonderful winter wonderland they’ve made!
