El 17 de marzo se aproxima, y con él llega una ocasión muy especial que nos invita a disfrutar y aprender sobre la rica historia y cultura de la llamada Isla Esmeralda: Irlanda.
Este año, nuestros alumnos/as podrán sumergirse en un ambiente festivo al venir vestidos de verde, celebrando la tradición de este color emblemático que simboliza la esperanza, la naturaleza y la buena fortuna.
Nos adentraremos en leyendas celtas, aprenderemos sobre los símbolos irlandeses, como el trébol y el duende, y descubriremos cómo esta festividad se ha convertido en una celebración global.
Además, nuestros alumnos/as tendrán la oportunidad de participar en actividades interactivas, juegos y talleres que les permitirán conocer más sobre las tradiciones irlandesas, desde su música folclórica hasta sus danzas típicas.
Así que los niños/as preparen sus mejores atuendos verdes y su espíritu festivo, porque el Día de San Patricio será una jornada inolvidable llena de cultura, alegría y aprendizaje.
Let's celebrate St. Patrick's Day!
17 March is approaching, and with it comes a very special occasion that invites us to enjoy and learn about the rich history and culture of the Emerald Isle: Ireland.
This year, our students will be able to immerse themselves in a festive atmosphere by coming dressed in green, celebrating the tradition of this emblematic colour that symbolises hope, nature and good fortune.
We will delve into Celtic legends, learn about Irish symbols such as the shamrock and the leprechaun, and discover how this holiday has become a global celebration.
In addition, our students will have the opportunity to participate in interactive activities, games, and workshops that will allow them to learn more about Irish traditions, from folk music to traditional dances.
So, children, get your best green outfits and festive spirit ready, because St. Patrick’s Day will be an unforgettable day full of culture, joy, and learning.
